At True Promise Signing Mobile Notary, we value your time and appreciate your business. To ensure availability and fairness to all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:
A $25 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
This deposit will be applied toward your total service fee at the time of your appointment.
Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled one time. The original deposit will be applied to the new appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book again.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
A grace period of 15 minutes is provided.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion, and the deposit will be forfeited.
If the notary has already traveled to the agreed location or prepared documents prior to cancellation, additional fees may apply depending on the situation.
We understand emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
