Cancellation Policy  

All appointments require a non‑refundable booking deposit to secure your time slot. This deposit is applied toward your final balance at the completion of service.

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

If you need to reschedule, please request a new time before the 24‑hour window. One reschedule is permitted without an additional fee. Missed appointments or last‑minute cancellations will require a new booking and deposit.

Travel fees, if applicable, are not refundable once travel has begun.
